So I recently stumbled across a webpage called www.GodHatesFags.com (I was doing a search for Wesboro Baptist Church) and one of the things it said was that it has done 44,987 pickets across America. Hello your not picketing you committing hateful acts against good American citizens. You may think that we are going to hell but I can assure you that people go to hell for being hateful and intolerable people. You people are a disgrace to this nation. Now I don't believe in practicing hate but when I see little children holding up signs like "You hate your kids" and "Fag Sin" I feel sorry for those kids for being taught hate and racism. You get to the kids before they even have a chance to grow up to be decent human beings. Instead you fill there heads with hate and intolerance. Every year people die and commit suicide because of hurtful words just like yours because of teaching values just like yours. The only way we as a society will grow is by teaching our kids to respect everyone and everything. By teaching kids that its wrong to bully someone else or to say hateful things to someone else. You are teaching hate and violence. You are feeding the kind of bad behavior that is causing young glbt people to commit suicide. Regardless of what you may think about god or the bible preaching hate is wrong period. I don't care if what you say is actually true or not but I will not be apart of it if it means hating someone or telling someone there going to hell. I don't like hate and I don't like people that preach hate. You say "we hate our families" and "Thank god for breast cancer". There are people wonderful loving people who are going though great pain and suffering with things like breast cancer. How can you say that about something so horrible to go through. I mean what if your doctor told you that one of your family members had breast caner what are they sinners now? Are they going to hell? I can't understand how some could feel this way. People die all the time funerals happen all the time and your going to stand across the street and shout that their going to hell? In what kind of a sick world do you live in? Even if someone was holding a gun to my head I don't think I could do those things. I could never say those things ever. Lots of people do lots of bad things every year but to teach your kids to hate others and to preach that their going to hell is crazy. The world isn't going to get better by teaching our little ones "Your going to hell" or "Obey or parish". We have enough violence in the world we don't need more hateful children. we need more peace and tolerance and humanity. Do you think that this world is going to get anywhere by doing these kinds of things. Like I said I feel intense pain and sadness for those kids that have to be brought up in a world like that around people like that. Its one thing for you to hold up a sign but give a kid a sign that says "Your going to hell" Isn't right on any level. I hope that one you people can see that what your doing is wrong and hurtful and that one day you will see that this isn't the right way to rise children. I may never understand why some people have to act like this but at least I know that I don't and that I won't teach any future kids anything so horrible and hateful.
